Marcia Homer, RN-BC, has been selected by the American Pain Foundation to train for the Power over Pain Action Network for 2008-2009, as a leader for the state of Pennsylvania.

This commitment entails Legislative/Policy Advocacy, Media Advocacy and Community Outreach for the foundation and pain patients.
